If the display or LED lights up but the motor does not turn, the potentiometer probably needs to be replaced.

Old or defective battery, non-functioning or incompatible charger

The bearings need to be greased or the gear needs to be replaced.

The control unit needs to be replaced, either the battery is flat or the electrical board needs to be replaced.
