Mizuno Rb Tour

After a 3-year development project featuring 99 prototypes and extensive testing with players, robots and on-course testing, Mizuno has launched the new RB Tour and RB Tour X. Two research teams – one in Japan and one in Atlanta, USA – worked together to improve on the previous version by optimising dimple configuration, construction, compression and coverage .

The main novelty is the AXIAFLOW dimple :

• With the driver → higher trajectory

• With wedges → flatter flight

• New 272-dimple pattern for a more defined and precise visual appearance.

The new balls retain the traditional soft Mizuno feel , but with a more durable cover for added durability and consistency.

Main differences:

• RB Tour X → low spin with the driver

• RB Tour → even lower spin, ideal for players with very high swing speeds

Both models are designed for players with a high launch driver and a more controlled flight on full wedge shots.
